I was waking up multiple times each night, not sleeping well at all and - can you believe it - snoring (purring). I thought about doing a sleep study but it sounded so complicated. During my routine dental visit, Dr Konig explained they have the capability to conduct the study using technology in my own home. Sure enough I have mild to moderate sleep apnea. Dr Kong fitted me for a ProSomnus sleep technology oral device - like a retainer. It is comfortable, and has been an amazing result! No purring (ok snoring if I’m honest), no waking up, I feel so much better! No CPAP — highly recommend!
