This case shows how jaw realignment with Dr. Konig allowed for conservative non-surgical underbite correction. Not only did this help keep him from wearing his teeth away, it also helped his facial profile and breathing too.  Instead of an old persons face we were able to build up the lower one third of his face, much like a non-surgical dental facelift.
