The first step involved gum lift procedures to decrease the amount gum tissue when she smiles. The second involved minimal preparation porcelain veneers ( which some refer to as Lumineers). Prior to beginning, Digital Smile Design was used to plan the new smile and to create a smile for her age, facial proportions and facial features. Additional considerations were the anatomy, luster, translucency, and the length of the teeth.
